Toradora!—During the school’s cultural festival, Ryūji hopes to reconcile Taiga and her estranged father, but after Ryūji tells Minori about it, she argues with him that it won’t happen. On the festival’s last day, Taiga wins the beauty contest but is saddened that her father never appears. A race will determine who dances with Taiga, and understanding Minori’s warning, Ryūji vows to win it. When two boys trip Minori, she throws a baseball at them, then leaps at four other boys knocking them all down. Ryūji stops and returns for Minori. Holding hands, they forgive each other while crossing the finish line together.
